2019 Recruitment Announcement for Weekend Freelance News Copy Editor

Seoul's first and only all-foreign language radio station, 101.3 tbs eFM, is looking for a motivated individual for the station's English news department. Applicants should at least have basic knowledge and interest in journalism, work well in group settings, and possess a professional work ethic.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. News editing experience preferred.
2. Native English speaker.
3. Basic Korean language proficiency required.
4. Must be legally able to work in Korea.

Responsibilities:
- Copy edit short news stories in English
- Write and occasionally broadcast news on air in English
- Work well under time constraints

Working Conditions:
- weekend shift (Saturday, Sunday: 3~6 hours/day)
- Pay based on daily flat rate
